(GOSHEN) – A Goshen man was injured when his motorcycle struck another vehicle.

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office says 33 year old Christian Going of Nolensville, Tennessee was driving east on County Road 19 at 2:20 PM on July 4. Going stopped at the intersection of County Road 26 and as he entered the intersection, he struck a motorcycle driven by 25 year old Oleg Ionov of Goshen.

Ionov flipped over Going's vehicle and landed on the road. He suffered lacerations to his face and was taken to South Bend Memorial Hospital by Med Flight to be treated.
