(UNDATED) – An Elkhart man was injured in a two vehicle collision.

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office says 51 year old John Fendley of Niles was driving west on State Road 4, approaching the County Road 127 intersection at 2:19 Tuesday afternoon. A vehicle pulled into Fendley's lane, causing him to brake suddenly. His vehicle and the trailer he was pulling swerved into the eastbound lane striking the front end of a vehicle driven by 61 year old Benjamin Sieg of Elkhart.

Sieg had cuts to his face, and also complained of neck and chest pain. He was taken to Goshen Hospital for treatment. Fendley was not injured.
