(COLDWATER) – Charges were officially brought against a Coldwater man during his arraignment Monday in Branch County District Court.

Court officials say 30 year old Justin Miller is charged with delivery or manufacture of a controlled substance under 50 grams and two possession charges. Miller was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by Michigan State Police on July 29.

Bond was set at $50,000. Miller will have a pre-trial conference on December 30 and a preliminary examination on January 5.
