(KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, IN) – A Goshen man and his son were killed in a two vehicle crash Sunday morning.

The Kosciusko County Police say Marlin Fuentes Sr., was driving south on County Road 875 West, approaching U.S. 30. Fuentes Sr., failed to yield at the intersection, and was struck by a westbound semi that was on U.S. 30.

Fuentes and his ten year old son Marlin Fuentes Jr., were pronounced dead at the scene.

The semi driver was not injured. The crash remains under investigation.
