Montoya And Scheske Named SHS Homecoming Queen And King

(STURGIS) – Homecoming Week came to an end Friday night for Sturgis High School.

During halftime of the football game, Nancy Montoya was named the 2021 Homecoming Queen and Max Scheske was selected the 2021 Homecoming King.

Both spoke with Swick Broadcasting's Tom Duke. Montoya says she was surprised that she won. ...... {LISTEN}.

After graduating in the Spring, Montoya says she wants to attend a four year university and become a veterinarian or find another job working with animals.

Scheske, just like Montoya, says he was shocked that he was named Homecoming King. He shares what his plans are after graduating from Sturgis High School. ...... {LISTEN}.

The Senior Class won the Homecoming Competition. The Junior Class finished second while the Sophomore Class was third and the Freshman Class was fourth.
