New Inductees For Constantine Athletic Hall Of Fame

(CONSTANTINE) – Six new members are being inducted in the Constantine Athletic Hall Fame.

The new inductees are Rob Beachy, Adam Fletter, Nancy Hill, Kathy Messner, Krista Jones and the 1991 Softball Team.

The 1991 softball team won a District Championship and was the first boys or girls team in Constantine school history to play in a Quarterfinal game. The finished with a 17-13 record and were also recognized as an Academic All State Team.

Beachy is a 1990 graduate who was a member of the Constantine track and football teams. Fletter was a member of the Class of 1987 and participated in football, wrestling and track.

Hill graduated in 1968. She returned to Constantine and was a teacher at Riverside Elementary School. She also was the girls track coach for 2 years and the assistant coach for 17 years.

Jones was a member of the Class of 1998 and competed in basketball, softball, track, volleyball and cheerleading.

Messner has served as the JV and Varsity cheerleading coach, middle school cheer coach, middle school volleyball and high school tennis coach. She has also been involved in many behind the scenes tasks with Constantine athletics.

The induction ceremony will be held tonight.
