(UNDATED) - It was a busy weekend for the Sturgis bowling teams. On Saturday the Trojans were at the Adrian Madison Rene Ramirez Jr. Memorial Baker Bash. The Sturgis girls finished second, beating host Adrian Madison in the semifinals and then fell to Hudson in the Championship match 265-251. The Sturgis boys finished fourth, falling in the semifinal to host Adrian Madison and then lost to Adrian in the Consolation match.
On Sunday the Trojans teams were at the Pennfield Battle Of The Bakers. The Sturgis boys finished sixth, losing to South Lyon in the Quarterfinals 189-171. The Lady Trojans finished third, losing to Coldwater in the semifinals 190-153, then beating Three Rivers in the Consolation match 151-144.
