(UNION CITY) - A suspect has been arraigned on charges following an alleged incident with a child.
Branch County District Court officials say 23 year old Noble David Vater Lebron, a theater director from Battle Creek, is charged with felony counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor along with accosting a child for immoral purposes.
Online court records say that Lebron allegedly had sexual contact in November 2023 with a 15 year old girl in Union City. Records also say that authorities received additional reports from other girls under the age of 16 that allege Lebron acted sexually towards them during theater activities.
Lebron's bond was set at $25,000. He is scheduled to have a probable cause hearing on February 12 and a preliminary examination on February 17.
