(BURR OAK) - Mendon broke open a close game in the first quarter and the No. 10 Hornets went on to beat host Burr oak 69-34 in an SCAA West Division match up. Ryder Gorham had 22 points, 4 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals to lead Mendon. (LISTEN ABOVE). Owen Gorham added 15 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals while Carter Huston had 14 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists. Burr Oak was led by Braxton Boyles with 18 points. Kayden Cole had 5 points. Mendon improves to 17-1 overall and 11-0 in the SCAA West Division and win their first league title since 2014. Burr Oak is now 12-6 and 6-5 in the Division.
