(MENDON) - The host Mendon softball team went 3-0 at their Round Robin Tournament. The Lady Hornets beat Quincy 17-3, White Pigeon 14-1 and Gobles 13-0. Rowan Allen was the winning pitcher against Quincy, giving up three hits, three runs, 3 walks and striking out 8. She also got the win against Gobles with s 5 inning performance, giving up 2 hits, 2 walks and striking out 7. Jadyn Samson got the win against White Pigeon going 5 innings and giving up 1 run with 3 walks and 11 strikeouts. At the plate, Taya Bingaman had 7 RBI on the day. Sabrina Monroy had 6 RBI while Cienna Nightingale had 5 RBI and Samson had 4 RBI. Mendon is now 11-1 on the season.
