Sturgis golf team wins US-12 Open

(WHITE PIGEON) - The Sturgis golf team hosted and won the US -12 Open at Klinger Lake Country Club. It's an event where each school brings six golfers who them compete as 2 man teams in a scramble on the front 9 and alternate shot on the back 9. There is also a long drive competition and a closest to the pin. The Trojan teams of Lewis and Frost along with Barky and Barkby each finished 6 over par. Scheske and Nieves shot 9 over par. Easton Barkby won the long drive competition.
