(LAGRANGE) – A new opportunity is coming for LaGrange County businesses.

The LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation will be hosting the first of what they hope will be many gatherings for LaGrange County Business owners. Called ‘Founders Forum,’ these meetings will seek to provide a space for local entrepreneurs to connect with each other, network, brainstorm, and share ideas and solutions for problems they may be encountering.

Ultimately, the LaGrange County EDC is setting out with a goal of building a network of resources in LaGrange County to help local entrepreneurs succeed, and to bridge any gaps that may currently exist.

The inaugural Founders Forum will be held on Tuesday, December 13, from 8 AM until 9 AM at Topeka Pizza, 118 South Babcock Street. It will consist of a one hour open round table discussion. Cinnamon rolls and coffee will be provided, with additional food and beverage for purchase at attendee’s expense.

Future Founders Forum meetings will be held bi-monthly, with specified topics and resources provided based on feedback collected at the initial gathering.
All questions concerning the Founders Forum can be directed to Emilee at the LaGrange County EDC office by calling 260-499-4994 or via email at efincher@lagrangecountyedc.com.
