(MENDON) – Mendon notched a home, non conference girls basketball win as they beat visiting Quincy 24-22. Cienna Nightingale led the Lady Hornets with 7 points, 9 rebounds and 2 steals. Makennah Mullin had 5 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals, an assist and 2 blocks. Brianna Heitkamp added 5 points, 4 rebound, an assist and a steal. Alyssa McCavit had 6 points and 11 rebounds for Quincy. Mendon is now 2-0 on the season while Quincy drops to 0-2.
