(WASHINGTON, DC) - U.S. Congressman Tim Walberg has responded to President Donald Trump's State Of The Union Address.
Following Tuesday's speech, Walberg issued a statement saying that he heard an important message from President Trump. The country is reversing course from the failed policies of the previous administration by reigning in wasteful spending and costly regulations to offer vital economic relief to Michigan families.
Walberg, a Republican who represents the 5th U.S. Congressional District of Michigan says America is moving in the right direction. Walberg says since taking office President Trump has put American back on track toward achieving a more prosperous future. From historic tax relief for Michiganders to increasing take-home pay and unleashing American energy dominance, the President has accomplished so much over the past year. (LISTEN ABOVE).
