(LAGRANGE) - Leadership LaGrange County is now accepting expressions of interest for its upcoming 2026 cohort.
The invitation goes out for local professionals to participate in this premier leadership development program.
Leadership LaGrange County is designed to cultivate informed, engaged leaders who are invested in the future of the community. The program is open to any LaGrange County resident or any employee of a LaGrange County business or organization who is interested in expanding their leadership skills, strengthening community connections, and gaining a deeper understanding of leadership skills relevant to every industry.
The 2026 cohort will run from May through December 2026, meeting once a month on the third Friday from 10 AM until 1 PM. In addition to the monthly sessions, the initial May session will be a full-day introductory experience focused on leadership development and will include an overview and some training.
Each session will feature engaging learning experiences, community engagement opportunities, and meaningful discussions designed to build leadership capacity and foster collaboration across sectors.
The program is a joint initiative between the LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation and the LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce, working together to strengthen leadership, support workforce development, and invest in the long-term success of LaGrange County.
