(ANGOLA) - An Angola businessman is facing another lawsuit.

According to the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly, Todd Saylor is facing another lawsuit, this time over an alleged $160,224.53 unpaid American Express business credit card balance tied to Cory Business Systems LLC.

The article reports that American Express National Bank filed suit March 27th in Steuben Circuit Court, alleging that Cory Business Systems defaulted by failing to make required payments on the account.

This is latest in a growing list of legal issues surrounding Saylor's business dealings.

A separate $7.8 million lawsuit involving Saylor's failed PayServ Systems company remains unresolved in Allen County Commercial Court, where Dunham's Athleisure has accused multiple parties tied to the company of a check-kiting scheme.

The article says Saylor was served legal documents on March 27th and has 23 days to respond.
