(STURGIS) - The Sturgis Area Community Foundation is launching a search for its next Executive Director.
The Foundation is seeking a community-focused leader to build on the organization's strong local legacy and guide its future growth.
Serving Sturgis and the surrounding St. Joseph County region, the Foundation plays a key role in supporting local nonprofits, students and community initiatives through grants, scholarships and partnerships. With more than $50 million in assets, the Foundation is a vital resource for addressing local needs and opportunities.
The incoming Executive Director will step into a pivotal leadership role during a time of significant growth and momentum for the organization. This individual will guide the Foundation's strategic direction, deepen relationships with donors and community stakeholders, and advance initiatives that promote economic opportunity, well-being and inclusive community development.
The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Trustees and staff to expand philanthropic engagement, strengthen nonprofit partnerships and steward the Foundation's growing assets.
The Foundation has engaged Kittleman & Associates to assist the Board of Trustees with the search for the next Executive Director.
