(NEWBERG TOWNSHIP) - A two vehicle crash in Southwest Michigan sent one person to the hospital.
The Cass County Sheriff's Office was called out at 5 PM Sunday for a crash in Newberg Township. Deputies say that 19 year old Paige Lilley of Union failed to yield at a four way stop at the intersection of M-60 and M-40, and struck a second vehicle.
The driver of the second vehicle 63 year old Linda Kartje of Valparaiso, Indiana was not injured. Her passenger, Jocelyn Robert, was taken to South Bend Memorial Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Assisting at the scene was the Newberg Fire Department and the Porter Township Ambulance.
