Plenty Going On At Centreville Covered Bridge Days

(CENTREVILLE) - There's lots to see and do today at Centreville Covered Bridge Days.

The Car Show is underway and sponsored by the Centreville DDA. All proceeds go to the Veteran Support Fund of Southwest Michigan.

The Centreville Eighth Grade Washington D.C. field trip fundraiser will be going on, and the pancake and sausage breakfast will be happening courtesy of Firm Foundation Ministries.

There will be a dedication of a Liberty Tree along with a scavenger hunt at 10:30 AM at the Old Cemetery with the Daughters Of The American Revolution.

Starting at 1 PM will be the cake walk and the Bingo Fundraiser, both on the Courthouse Lawn. At 1:30 PM there will be an ice cream eating contest for both adults and kids, while at 2 PM is the donut eating contest also for adults and kids. Both are being sponsored by the DAR.

Starting at 1 PM there will be live music with Jeremy Hall.

From 1 PM to 3 PM you can Chalk the Block by displaying your chalk art talents.

The Golf Carts on Display Show will be from 4 PM until 6 PM. Also from 4 PM to 5 PM the Nottawa Public Library will be hosting an Unearth A Story and Dino Academy.

The Y-Naut Band will be performing starting at 5 PM.

The Covered Bridge Days Parade will step off at 7 PM on Main Street.

On Sunday at 5:30 PM there will be a Service On The Lawn, and the community is invited to attend.
