(PAW PAW) – The Sturgis boys and girls cross country teams were in action at the Wolverine Conference Championship at Paw Paw. The Lady Trojans finished second on the day, and with their 6-1 dual meet record, finished second in the conference for the season. The Sturgis boys were sixth on the day and sixth overall in the conference with a record of 2-5. In the girls race Lulu Park finished 8th and Tessa Hatt was 13th. Both were named All Conference. In the boys race, Benjamin Morales finished fifth and Micaiah Arreola was 24th. Morales was also named All Conference.
