(UNION CITY) – Mendon’s boys and girls track teams participated at the Union City Invitational. The Mendon girls came in seventh and the boys ninth. In the girls meet, Presley Allen was second in both the 1600 meters and the 3200 meters. Brianna Heitkamp was fourth in the shot put and ninth in the discus. In boys action, Owen Gorham finished sixth in the long jump and eighth in the 100 meters. Ben Iobe came in seventh in the 1600 meters.
